The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Method A: Return By Mail
Contact us at support@eyzaaro.com with your order number and proof of the defect/issue.
Once approved, securely package your item in its original packaging.
