1. Return Conditions & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@eyzaaro.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. If you require a different item, you must follow the return process for a refund (if eligible) and place a separate, new order on our website.
5. Refunds Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Fixed Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within exactly 10 business days.
